Z3 Live Commerce: The Journey of Building a Compliant and Efficient Import-Export Service

In early 2023, the team of CREDEMA AG, in collaboration with Z3 Live Communication AG, set out to build Z3 Live Commerce, an import-export facilitator specializing in fast-moving consumer electronics (FMCEs). The goal was clear: to connect reputable electronic brands with the growing demand for quality products at competitive prices. What truly defined our approach, however, was the dedication to compliance, ensuring that every operation aligned with Swiss and European standards. This wasn’t just about trading; it was about creating a reliable and transparent business framework that could navigate the complexities of international commerce.

Building on Compliance

The foundation of Z3 Live Commerce was built on rigorous adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Our efforts were not just about connecting buyers and sellers but ensuring every step met the highest standards of transparency. We worked closely with the Tax Office, Ministry of Finance, VAT Office, Banks, Auditors, Insurances, and European authorities to ensure compliance. We also conducted thorough checks on over 300 partners, verifying their compliance with Swiss quality and regulatory standards. This commitment established Z3 Live Commerce as a facilitator that prioritizes legal clarity and operational reliability.

Focused on Efficient Facilitation

Z3 Live Commerce’s role extended far beyond trading; it became an essential link in the import-export chain. With 15 strategically positioned warehouses, we managed logistics, customs, and documentation with efficiency, connecting all the dots in the import-export process. With experts in web development, accounting, trading, logistics, CRM, marketing automation, process and project management, the concept, product and service was developed within 300 working hours, from brainstorming to first order processing. 

Growth and Strategic Expansion

Z3 Live Commerce serviced import/export opportunities in the value of CHF 18 million in 2023, and aimed for a 20% growth in 2024. This plans have changed throughout 2024 as 3 spin-offs are in the project pipeline to focus more on particular import/export issues like goods tracking, safe trading and the coming up CSRD policy in the EU. With VIP Setup & Logistics s.r.o., Trend.Market AG, and SecureCargo.io, 3 new services will be launched in 2024/2025
